The informatization construction of "Internet Plus Healthcare" is insufficient
(1)Insufficient capacity of medical and health services: difficulties for the public in accessing medical treatment, making appointment registrations and waiting in queues; data silos exist in system interconnection, and there is insufficient regional resource sharing, leading to repeated examinations, unnecessary trips and extra expenses for the public.
(2)Difficulties in Health Supervision and Law Enforcement: The large number and wide dispersion of regulatory agencies make it hard to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of supervision solely relying on traditional methods such as on-site inspections. Inadequate Informatization Development of "Internet Plus Healthcare": Accelerate the indepth integration of medical and health services with the internet, expand the connotation of internet-based medical services, and enhance the public's sense of gain.

(1)The Internet-based Diagnosis and Treatment Platform for Public Health in Baiyun District enables community doctors to provide residents with comprehensive medical services without leaving home, including online diagnosis and treatment, home-based health guidance, and doorstep medicine delivery. It effectively supports the allocation of medical resources and improves the efficiency and quality of internet-based diagnosis and treatment services.
(2)The interconnected Cloud Pharmacy Information Platform enables the supply of various medicines including traditional Chinese medicines and Western medicines. It is integrated with the hospital's HIS (Hospital Information System). Based on doctors' consultations and prescriptions, the platform connects the entire service process from consultation and prescription issuance, medicine ordering, online payment to home delivery, providing greater convenience for the public in terms of medicine purchasing channels and methods.
(3)The District-wide National Health Information Platform has connected 7 district-affiliated hospitals, 19 community health service centers, 4 town health centers and 110 village health service stations. It has realized the sharing of medical equipment resources, bed resources and expert resources, as well as the mutual recognition of inspection and test results within Baiyun District.centers, 4 town health centers and 110 village health service stations. (4)District Intelligent Clinic Supervision and Integration Platform (pioneering a new supervision model for private clinics) enables pre-event reminders (supervision of private clinic qualifications and medical staff qualifications), in-process control (supervision of diagnosis and treatment scenarios such as electronic prescriptions, electronic medical records, and intravenous infusion), and post-event traceability (institutional early warning and comprehensive scoring).
(5)District Integrated Smart Elderly Care Service Platform, which integrates services, supervision and supply-demand matching, takes intelligent safety monitoring, smart supervision and elderly care supply chain management as its core, improves the efficiency of precise management and service quality, and promotes the reform and upgrading of the elderly care industry.
(6)Jinsha Internet Medical Industry Park, relying on the pilot park, gathers internet medical enterprises. At present, the park has brought together 13 internet medical enterprises with an expected annual output value of 200 million yuan.
