ACHIEVEMENTS
Build a Modern Emergency Management System
Accident and Disaster Emergency Rescue System
Centering on the handling of emergencies, a full-process mechanism covering emergency prediction and early warning, emergency response, command and dispatch, and emergency rescue has been established.
Intelligent Three-Prevention Emergency Command (Co-constructed with the Water Affairs Department)
Achieve the localized deployment of the decision support subsystem, command and dispatch subsystem, and "One-Click Access" function; deploy 90 video surveillance devices, 3 sets of mobile vehicle-mounted video systems, and 44 sets of water level monitoring equipment; and complete the access and aggregation of 15 categories of basic data.
Comprehensive Management Information System for Work Safety
Provide data support for work safety supervision and law enforcement, and improve the intelligence and refinement level of work safety supervision and regulatory law enforcement in Baiyun District.
Wireless Emergency Communication Command and Dispatch System
Construct a 370M emergency communication private network for Baiyun District, including 46 sets of ad-hoc network elevated base stations, 1 set of wireless ad-hoc network portable base stations, 164 handheld walkie-talkies, 2 sets of vehicle-mounted stations, and 30 sets of base stations.
KEY PRIORITES FOR THE NEXT STEP OF WORK
All-weather Intelligent System
Construct a modern "Four-in-One" emergency management system featuring "one center, one network, one platform, and one command". Through the expansion of intelligent applications in emerging fields such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), remote sensing images, and urban lifelines, as well as more in-depth data collection, aggregation and integration, an all-round, all-weather intelligent system integrating space, air and ground will be established.
