GOVERNANCE DATA

Achieve interconnection and intercommunication of resources

Taking the networked platform for social comprehensive governance as the foundation and in accordance with the principle of "one data point, one source", basic data is collected through the Ping'an Baiyun (Yundun) System, and professional data is aggregated via the government big data cloud platform, thus achieving the interconnection and intercommunication of four-level data resources covering districts, towns/sub-districts, villages/communities and grids.

All types of data resources including "people, houses, vehicles and venues", key populations of concern, key populations in need of care, 110,000 access control systems and 157,000 video channels have been mapped and assigned to grids, expanding the multi-level portraits for social governance.

CLOSED-LOOP MANAGEMENT

Break hierarchical barriers

Smooth the internal circulation of grid-related incidents, realize the visualized aggregation of the "one-to-many" relationship among various professional grid forces. Grid administrators collect and report grid incidents via the terminals of the Ping'an Baiyun (Yundun) System, and relevant incidents can be circulated and assigned to functional departments at the "municipal, district, and town/sub-district" levels for handling as needed. This achieves full-process closed-loop supervision, effectively breaks hierarchical barriers and the limitations of departmental segmentation, and fosters a sound working pattern where major issues are addressed through cross-network collaboration and minor issues are resolved within a single grid.

Expand the external circulation of grid-related incidents: By using the "Baiyun Grid" mini-program, the public can report problems and clues they find around them at any time with just a few taps on the app. Relevant problems and clues are directly connected to the district's grid management platform, converted into grid-related incidents and then circulated for handling. Meanwhile, these incidents are labeled as "Reported by the Public" to facilitate special tracking and management, thus fostering a sound atmosphere where "eve-ryone can be a grid administrator".
